We have used their positive control slides for many applications and found them to be the best quality. All their controls are human, that's hard to find these days!
I had a question about my research, how I should continue, what fixative to use when looking for neutrophils. They went through every possible situation with me explaining in detail how to go about staining for the different types of neutrophils, macrophages and monocytes without actually having our account. They now have our account, so happy!
