The front desk receptionist scheduled my father for an my appt on 9/25/23 it was a Jewish holiday and Dr Kamran was not schedule to work that day. Not only was he upset that he drove 9 hours from Nevada but the receptionist had a very bad attitude and did not apologize for her mistake, she did not make attempt to resolve the issue or reschedule my father for another appt. She was extremely rude and would not give him her name. It was loss of time and money that he paid to get a ride to California. .
