My therapist is great, however, when it comes to the psychiatrist (the doctor prescribing the medication) they are quite unprofessional. You cannot see any psychiatrist in person at the office and they are all out of state. The doctor will tell you one thing while their secretary will tell you an entirely different thing. This makes it difficult to communicate and schedule appointments. Clients should have the option to see their doctor in person because not everyone has a safe and comfortable environment. Dr. Kanost is dangerous and has been forging the signatures of her own employees, including a Pyschiatrist in patient documents! I have a court transcript of her own employees admitting to it! I will not stop until she is held accountable for her actions. She has also failed to protect and report abuse of her patients. Instead she is covering it up.!!! Don't trust her with your loved ones! Forging a Physcians signature is criminal and I will see to it there is Justice!
I accompanied a friend here, and she was treated very poorly as a potential new client. The receptionist was absolutely unprofessional and it was not just with my friend. It seemed mostly everyone was treated the same. I will definitely never recommend this location to anyone seeking related services. Unacceptable. Any good reviews here is provided by their own staff trying to advertise their terrible services.
They must be nice and only cater to Hispanics because i was referred here for my son to receive services and i never even made it pass signing in. They send you you to the wrong building first where im greeted rudely and the receptionist says "why they send you here" hostile and ghetto. I go to the next building and the only thing they care about is the Social security card. They could've did the intake and i call them when i get home to give them the SS number.
