I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with Dr. Groves and his office was both deeply upsetting and raised serious concerns around professionalism and ethics. From the beginning, the tech (Lizzie, I believe) was kind, and everything seemed to go smoothly. I calmly explained that my daughter’s eyes had recently been dilated, and I hoped to avoid repeating that procedure so soon. We were there for a second opinion on surgery. This was an amazing clinic who shared a prayer over my daughter before a tear duct opening and performed a fantastic job. More businesses should be like this. God bless them.
Absolutely LOVE this place, my kiddo has special needs. And the patience of these people is amazing. Dr. Christine Mccraken, is the best! Love hee, I probably butchered her last name and I apologize.
Dr. Groves and staff spent so much time with my kiddos. They did an awesome job and made us feel so well cared for. He also prayed for the family.
