We’ve been coming here for years. I came as a child and now I bring my own children. We absolutely love all the staff here! They are amazing and so good with kids! We recently had an eye emergency and Dr. Groves and Dr. McCracken were wonderful with my child. We love them!
We’ve been coming for like 4 years and we’re always here an hour or longer it’s wild like my sons appointment was at 3:45 it’s 4:52 they dilated his eyes at 3:50 and we are still in the waiting room. Really love the staff and McCracken but the wait everytime is ridiculous so we will be leaving after todays visit.
Very thankful for Dr. Groves. He is the most amazing doctor I have ever experienced. You can tell he truly cares about his patients. He prayed for my daughter before her eye surgery and I felt so safe knowing she was in his hands!
Dr. Groves is a wonderful doctor and did a wonderful job doing my son’s eye surgery. The office staff is also very sweet but the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. Had an appointment at 8:45 came in at 8:40 got back they took information left and haven’t seen anybody for an hour. This isn’t the first time it’s the 3rd time this has happened.
