I would highly recommend Daniel and His House to anyone. I had previously worked with Daniel on a limited basis, but His House has now managed multiple properties for me, and they have are incredible. Their team is highly responsive, professional, cheerful, and always eager to help. His House operates with tremendous integrity. You are missing out if you are using anybody else.

Have rented properties for over 15 years inspections are normal- inspections where they want to take pictures of all your personal property is very strange especially since anyone renting has a deposit on the line- dissatisfied, also not willing to work with you to make arrangements on timing of inspections gave me two very specific dates I’m booked on - I’m certain they don’t have strangers over to their homes when the aren’t present just gives an off feeling when I’ve been very pleased with my brand new property -
