I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with HIS for a custom cabinet project, and I regret to say that it fell far below expectations. The entire process, from initial consultation to final installation, was riddled with delays and issues. Our sales rep was unprepared and made many mistakes when designing our cabinets. My kitchen was installed in 2019. Absolutely excellent service at that time. I have 3 lower cabinets with some chipped paint, basically minor. I called to see about having those specific cabinets redone (1 had been redone about 3 years ago and it was great). Although I expected to pay for the service etc, I was informed they no longer provide this service. It was a huge disappointment as I do not believe my painting skills would be sufficient. This is just a caution for new customers.
I tell you from start to finish ordering and installing of the counter tops was seamless. This company, HIS, was very thorough and the quartz product we ordered is beautiful. The installer, Teo, did a fantastic job. Very honest and respectful. Thank you! We'll definitely be using them again!
DON'T GIVE THEM BUSINESS! 2 employees were in front of me in line at a gas station & this one made a rape joke 🤮 just bc someone behind us got service first. Disgusting
****Important, Please Read First**** This company will not help you in any of your cabinet needs unless they installed them or you are looking to replace all your cabinets. I called to have someone come out to make adjustments and maybe replace any hinges or parts like that, but was told that is against their policy. I explained that I was willing to pay for someone to come out and do this work, and that when I would want to re-do our kitchen, bathroom, etc. I would already have a company I would want to use.
