Great place, friendly and professional!
I was very pleased with my visit to the dentist for a cleaning on July 12. Susan is always good at cleaning my teeth, but what was especially positive, was they way that Dr. Rohardt took the time to explain an issue I was having with a filling that no other dentist had taken the time to explain. She used a mirror, reviewed the problem and helped me understand why the issue was occurring. The problem is not resolved, but now I understand why it is occuring, which is all I needed. Thank you Susan and Dr. Rohardt.
Always a pleasure coming into the Hirshberg office! The staff at the front desk, as well as hygienists and dentists are always very pleasant and in a good mood! I used to dread going to the dentists, but when I go to Hirshberg now, I trust them because they know what they are doing - and they do a great job!
Easiest Appointment Ever! My company recently moved to the Wellesley Office Park so I was in need of a new area dentist, and I also recently had a crown fall out. Walked in on a Monday afternoon, walked out with an appointment minutes later for the following day, and walked out off that appointment 20 minutes later with had my crown intact! The ladies at reception, Roann and John Wozny are all efficient, professional, warm and friendly! Awesome experience! Thank you!
Dr. James Hirshberg has been my dentist for a long time, through crowns, fillings, bonding, all done efficiently and effectively. He's a great dentist, does a superb job, and is able to put his patients at ease.
I had an excellent initial visit at the Hirshberg Dental Group. All of the employees there, including the receptionist, cashier, dental hygienist (Olivia M.), and Dr. Susan Rosenfeld were very pleasant, professional, and friendly. Olivia gave me expert cleaning and advice about caring for my teeth and Dr. Rosenfeld was clearly a very competent dentist in examining my x-rays, which were taken at this visit. This outstanding tradition,first established by Dr. Saul Hirshberg, has been honored and polished well by his son Dr James and by his colleague Dr Adam Manfredo. Believe it or not, I even look forward to going to dentist because of this Hirshberg brand of care!
