Laura & Dr. Wozny are both wonderful!
In the past I have had very bad experiences with dentist. I cant say enough how confident I feel on my experience with all the staff and my treatment plan.
Cleaning was great - 5 stars. Dr Manfredo is terrific, always - 5 stars. The patient communication system is on the verge of totally annoying - constant reminders of appointments - via emails, via text messages, via phone calls - all three in parallel, multiple times. I opted out of texts, asked for no phone calls, to no avail, they just keep texting and calling.
I visited the Wellesley office for my regular 6 month cleaning and had the good fortune to have Olivia as my hygienist. This is the first time that my teeth were cleaned by Olivia and I found her to be very thorough, professional and very knowledgeable. Additionally, she ensured that I was comfortable as possible during the whole process. She is without a doubt and excellent hygienist.
In for a routine 6 mos. cleaning. This time a first time cleaning with Olivia. She is very pleasant and I received a satisfactory cleaning. Booked with her next time. I am a long time patient. Always nice to see Donna in Wellesley office.
Laura is a great dental hygienist - teeth are very clean and it gets done in a timely manner. Highly recommend this group!
Dr. James Hirshberg has been my dentist and Susan my hygienist for years. I have moved 30 miles away from the office and wouldn't dream of making a change. The entire practice is friendly and efficient. Dr. Hirshberg is an excellent dentist and I've always been happy with his work. He listens!
They sure do know their stuff!!!!! What more could you want than to be at the best!!! And i like them :)
I have been going to Dr. Hirshberg for many years and have always had a wonderful experience. He is thorough and clearly explains all options. His administrative staff are very flexible when it comes to scheduling and reminders are timely and efficient. The hygienists are seasoned professionals and make going to the dentist very pleasant. Historically I went to the post office square location and have recently changed to Wellesley and the experience has been consistent for both.
