I just wanted to say that I only rate the overall experience as average because of my own extreme dental phobia and anxiety and there is no chance a dental experience will ever be positive for me. I very much appreciated being able to have a friend and listen to music while undergoing my treatment. Nitrous Oxide or sedation dentistry would make a great addition for me. I currently use Ativan for anxiety, but it only takes "the edge off".
The dental hygienist was/is excellent and is the best I've experienced at any practice and at this one. She is efficient, informative and very personable.
No need to send me further surveys. Andrea, Susan, and everyone at Hirshberg have always been 'excellent'.
Shila Rasekh is an excellent hygienist -- thorough and yet sensitive to instances where the patient is uncomfortable.

Susan was excellent. She answered my questions in a thorough manner and provided insightful feedback.
My hygienist (with the lovely Russian accent) was absolutely superb: gentle, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable.
I've been a patient for almost 40 years, so clearly I'm pleased with the dental care i receive. The only misgiving I have is that costs seem to be rising too fast. I paid almost $200 for a cleaning.
Lucky to have such good care - we should all be so lucky when taking care of our teeth.
