I went to the Hirshberg Dental Group for a second opinion on a proposed extraction. Dr. Rohardt was an outstanding clinician, and I was very satisfied with the consult. I gave a four-star rating because I was kept waiting for an hour. The staff did not communicate with me during this long delay. It was for me to ask several different people when I would be seen. Ironically, when I did see Dr. Rohardt, she was in a rush.
Always a satisfactory experience.
