Quinn was very accommodating for test drive, following through on requested repairs, second test drive and final financing. He was patient and helpful in every way. My wife and I had a very pleasant experience with this purchase. We were given a fair trade in of our 2003 Suburban. All physical problems with the 2011 GMC Denali we purchased were disclosed by Quinn. We highly recommend this dealer!
I was very disappointed. I drove 25 minutes to get there, then the open sign was on but the door was locked and then the car I wanted to look at had a flat tire and the one next to it had a few flat tires.
After being contacted via email I responded that I was on my way to test drive it but was stuck in traffic on interstate due to accident. Asked what time he closed. I get a response 45 min. Later saying he was closed and would return tomorrow. I was literally 5 min away. I had driven over an hour, does not include time stuck in traffic, to see this car. Mr. Hirschy answered all of my questions, even though the Ford fusion was sold. He has other cars and SUVs coming in within the next week I may be interested in. He was very pleasant and helpful.
Quinn was very helpful
Quinn has been awesome. He responded back with me within 24 hours after I left a message. There was no pressure when I went to look and test drive the Nitro. I feel as if he has been very honest to me about the vehicle. There was an issue with a window not going down and he purchased the parts to repair it and it is good to go (after a little game of tag between Quinn and my husband to get the part from one person to the other). Not as advertised. A lot of poor quality quick fixes to try to sell for higher price.

We do our best to fix any issues with all of our vehicles. Never heard anything in regards to any problems with a car they purchesed. First we have heard of anything was in this review.
