They could use more staff since the wait is usually long but the person was nice and helpful getting me everything I need. Except a certain type of 3/4 to thread copper they charged 20 each which is robbery and should never have been sold to me since after sweating on the joint, I couldn't put the gasket over it. Instead they should have known to tell me to extend it and have it so I can add the gasket after the sweat.
Very slow and unprofessional service. Staff seem careless and poorly organized. I asked whether they had a specific material and was told “yes,” but after waiting over 30 minutes, they finally checked and realized they didn’t have it at all. Complete waste of time. One star specifically for Kenneth. Bro just quit working
Got a wait time but at least its not an hour
