I can't express how much I love and appreciate the staff at Hiram Dentistry! I am that one crazy, silly, person who has an unbelievable fear of having dental work done. I'm nervous every single time I go..but these beautiful people have a unique way of taking the fear away and making me feel really comfortable and trusting of them. They do great work! From the reception, to the hygienist, to the dental assistants to Dr. Vu. You can't get any better than these folks!
I am terrified of dentists but I had a horrible toothache, so I scheduled an appointment. I cannot fully express how wonderful and accommodating this office is. The hygienist had been advised that I had anxiety about visiting and she had clearly taken the time to prepare. Therese, the, dentist, was very friendly and understanding, taking time to explain what the procedure entailed. Her calm demeanor made me genuinely assured that I was going to be taken care of.
I will forever be grateful to Hiram Dentistry for the most professional dental service in the entire tri-county area. Everyone in this office deserves a five star review. I have been coming to Hiram Dentistry for over 4 years now, and I have always received top-shelf treatment from the entire staff. I can attest to the fact that going to see a dentist finds most people nervous and edgy, but Dr. Vu and her staff put that feeling to rest within minutes of arrival.
