Had a couple of vehicles there. They fixed head gaskets which seem to be fine. But also had a jeep get towed there after it broke down on 385 .. after they looked at it the said it had skipped time and would require a whole new engine. Got it towed somewhere else and after he took his time to diagnose the problem it was just a $20 sensor that went bad. Jeep running amazing since it had that $20 part replaced so just get a couple different opinions
RecommendedIt is hard for a woman to take her car to an auto shop. Scott and Dale are honest and helpful. They will tell you if they can or can’t repair something. They have allowed me to drop by and quickly evaluate the situations with my ten year old SUV. They have repaired and patched my tires several times because I cannot seem to miss nails on the roads. I highly recommend Hipps Automotive for your automotive needs.
We have both of our vehicles serviced at Hipps. Always good service at reasonable prices. Happy to hear they now have their front end alignment machine up and running. Will be making an appointment.
The dealership had my car for 5 hours and said they couldn’t find anything wrong. Took it to Hipps Automotive (based on reviews in Google), 5 minutes they figured out the issue! Finally found a mechanic I can trust!
Chris was fabulous! He squeezed me in and did great work for a very reasonable price no more squealing brakes!
