After 8 years with Dr Barnes, whom was fabulous with my children, we were dismissed of care and completely ignored when seeking emergent follow up care for my infant, while Dr Barnes is out on medical leave. "We will call you back" is a lie. I am very very disappointed with their desire to treat patients as one size fits all instead of individuals, and disregarding valid concerns toward care recommendations. During our a recent visit after 5 and a half years of being a patient with Dr Barns, she ends all services with us. She treated my baby from the time she was born and then just like that dropped us and refused care. I was shocked and dissapointed. We went into Dr Barns care with complete honesty from birth. She is a good doctor but beware the practice will drop you with no remorse. We had Dr Guezk once and I found her to be dismissive and she acted as if we were bothering her.
Dr barnes has treated all three of my kids for over 10 years and I have a never found a physician with more love and compassion. She will go above and beyond and remembers every kid. I have been a medical assistant for years and she is one of the best I have known.
Love taking my daughter to go see Dr Barnes Clark. She’s so caring and very informative on my daughters development.
