Unprofessional and poor customer service. Never again
2 fish & oysters abs onion rings almost $25.. Food isn't fresh.. Oysters fried frozen so water was dripping out of them.. Fries hard af... Smdh... Shoulda went to Popeyes like I started too... Woulda saved tune and money
Always had good business had a 100 piece order didn't have items ready, very disrespectful on the phone, lying about the order was done, didnt have the grease ready...business is business when u spending money...get it together and do better...fire those kids that u have working there and get some professional workers that want to make a honest living...manager whom NEVER came to the phone to speak to me..DONE

The food is good the consistency with the cooks needs improvement. The attitudes are horrible I use to be a valuable customer until today never will I visit go buy food again I'll make sure I advise all my friends and family.
The wait wasn't as long and the food was good. Will continue to go.
My food is normally good when I visit this restaurant! Last night it was horrible! The chicken was fried way to hard, it wasn't sprinkled with the special seasoning!!! I realize it was 9:30 close to closing time but this is no excuse for the food to not be consistent !!! This was the first time I was this dissatisfied!!!!
Love it! When I visit Jax from NC this is the only place I want to eat at!
