Bad business. Someone was smoking weed in the back of the building while we waited in the long drive thru. Whoever was taking orders took forever to take our order. An employee that was on break in the back outside had on his smock, so unsanitary. I will not go back or eat they're food. Tacky, tacky, tacky.
The fish was hip and the chicken was hoppin.My sister Crystal got on a chair and did a happy dance.
I only waited about 10 minutes to get a pan of 20 pieces of wings and fries 🍟 everything was hot and delicious to taste. I have never encountered any problems and I been going there for 10 years. Keep up the great work
Received order before drink and took them half an hour to get my food on a slow day no people in there but a few waited longest time for them to make tea!
I haven't been to H/H lately, and I will not be going again anytime soon. I waited for nearly 45 minutes at THE DRIVE THROUGH. Apparently, the service has declined so much that you must call ahead to maybe have your order ready. My time is valuable and although the food is decent enough...it is NOT worth the hassle.

The people that work there are very rude and short with you. I tried to place a order two times on the phone and they hung up both times. Good food horrible customer service
