These are best potatoes. I moved to Florida 15 years ago and have to put in orders for them because people in Florida have no idea what salt potatoes or what spiedies are. My husband and I really miss salt potatoes and spiedies so much.
I have been there numerous other times and each time has been perfection. They know exactly what they are doing down to a tee. Best place for a Clambake!

I have been there many times in the past and the food was great...last night at the builders exchange annual clambake...the food was aweful...heard alot of complaints before I sat down to eat and I felt the same way...I barley ate anything. �

We served 3000 people last night, all you could eat in 5 hours, everything was cooked fresh, nothing ahead, the food was consumed as fast as we put it out. We had several supervisors on the grounds and in the kitchen and no one heard any complaints, in fact several people stopped us to compliment us and say thank you, we take these things very seriously and do not ignore them. The ONLY place for a clambake. They are the best. Love it there.
Great food & beautiful grounds! Make you feel as if you left Syracuse for a while! The bar is beautiful! Nice how the outdoor pavilions had fans going in the humid weather! Staff very friendly!
The food was great! Really enjoyed myself when my company had their annual clambake. Really enjoyable atmosphere. Would love to go there again.
