My partner and I have been with this company for a few years now and we’ve never had an issue. It was our first time moving into a house and Charles was extremely helpful and sweet when he showed us the house and even had a handyman come fix our doorbell when he realized it wasn’t working! I did wait a few years to actually write a review as to see how our experience could change but I’m glad to say it’s been great overall ! We also Just extended our lease !
Horrible Company
Zero stars...... you would think this would be a serious matter to these guys but NOPE. It's been like this for a week and of course no response from them. They sent out their crew of 2 to put up plastic and the ac guy said they need to use another company to fix it..... welp.... it's been a week now... I'm not saying it should've been resolved quicker but COMMUNICATION is a must in these situations. Be professional and don't ignore people that have been renting this home and taking care of it way better then I got it. Guess... read more
We lived in one of their properties for 3 years and it was ok. We were really good tenants FWIW. I'm posting this as a tip for other renters. For maintenance requests, if it's simple-you can use the portal and they send a handyman to fix. If there is any complexity to the issue whatsoever, like if the guy cant fix it the first time, just drive to the office. You will not get these people on the phone and they will just send out the same person over and over and then close the request. The lady who works there is pretty nice,... read more
