I made a water delivery service for Tuesday 8/2 and my delivery driver never showed up. I had to have someone stay at my home since I work during business hours. I called customer service and after being transferred 2x and waiting on hold a total of 2.5 hours they rescheduled me and sent a note to the manager at the local office to make sure that I got my delivery on 8/5 (my new date).
