This is the lousiest customer experience I’ve had in two years. Six months ago, my SmartBeetle stopped holding a connection to my iPhone. I attempted o contact the support team multiple times through email and phone, but nobody responded. When someone finally did respond, I was ultimately told they would need to reach out to the manufacturers in Korea, and never heard back. I loved my Booksense and preferred it to my Victor Reader, but would not recommend any HIMS product based on the service that I received. After contacting them and telling them that the plug area was not working they told me that the product had been discontinued and there was nothing they could do--either to repair or replace the part. For such an expensive specialty product this is not reasonable. I love my Booksense product. However, for the past year, sales and tech support for this company are unreachable by phone or e-mail. This is surely one way to lose customers as one of my products is in need of repair, and last year, I planned on purchasing another. Can't really do that when phone service is nonexistent, and with that being the case, I'd be hesitant to order anything online in case I got charged but never received a product. Very disappointed.

Not happy there are not local service places so we have to be without products for week or more mainly because of shipping & after being without it all that time it came back with only some of the reasons fixed and additional things wrong with it. This is beyond ridiculous!
