The hotel is affordable. Location is great. People who worked there were very kind. Parking is affordable and on site (although the ticket scanner to get out of there doesn’t always work). I’m giving 3 stars because the hotel was not very clean. The floors in the lobby area were pretty sticky, the floors in the hotel room itself were covered in stains, and the mattress cover had a weird stain on it.
It would have been nice to let us know that we have to pay $40 a day to park. Didn’t find out until I got home and found it on my bill. The service was terrible
There are less expensive alternatives to the $40/day hotel parking garage. Street parking is free Saturdays after 6 and on Sunday.
One of the valet attendants went through our car. We got our car back in the morning after we valeted it the previous night, with the glove box opened and some of our items scattered throughout the car. The hotel manager did leave the valet manager a message about it but the fact it happened was unfortunate. Do not recommend giving them your car keys, park the car yourself in the garage next to the hotel. The hotel is in an okay location but there are a lot of homeless people outside it.
