⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Stay at the Hilton Pittsburgh! Our stay at the Hilton in Pittsburgh was absolutely wonderful, but the true highlight of our visit was Zuhra. From the moment we interacted with her, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Zuhra’s kindness and attention to detail truly stood out. Double check your folios and credit card statements after staying here! I stayed for one night and have been charged the equivalent of six nights! Very frustrating process to get resolved and their staff do not know how to handle.
Terrible hospitality by the front desk there really needs to be a client focus or client centric approach. She was not hospitable. She had an attitude and I’m not sure why Hilton would condone this behavior.
I've stayed at Hilton properties going on 40 years. Well ... No more. How could you guys ever deny a reservation for law enforcement like you did in Minnesota. Shame on you.
