Rooms were filthy, cops were there on both days because of civil disturbances, tv did not work, wake up call was an hour late because they did not take into consideration of the time change, and even though pool was inside, water was freezing! Very bad experience, will not be back.
My daughter had a sleepover birthday party there. It was super crowded in the pool and the marajuana smell in the elevators was horrible. Saw people walking in with huge bottles of booze heading up to rooms. Wasn’t what I expected at embassy suites. This had always been an upscale hotel and now it’s gone down hill
Our experience was pretty good. We found everything clean. Staff was very good and supportive when they could be. We want to go back and frequently, but can’t get a commitment on what fees look like for that.
I enjoyed my stay, The room was clean the breakfast was very good but definitely stay here again
Loved the suite even though uncomfortable for me looking down from the 9th floor otherwise the service was excellent and the suite is very clean and do recommend it to everyone.
