Great views if you pay for Bayviews you get to watch the planes land too. Breakfast very busy

Great location, older Embassy with tiny bathrooms. Needs updating. They dont have enough tables for breakfast so people were eating on the stairs and anywhere they could find space; completely unacceptable. The ballroom is rented out on weekends and even though we are on the 7th floor the music and talking is super loud. That level of noise in a hotel in not okay. I would give this place 3 Stars mostly for the view and location.

Booked our hotel and paid for weeks in advance, checked in online. Get to the hotel at 10 p.m. with our 3 children only to be told they have given our room away and they are overbooked. So they sent us to another hotel over 10 minutes away, not even in the same city! I will never give you my business again and will make sure none of my friends or family do either.
Great view of SFO especially with a waterfront room

Nice location. Pleasant staff and excellent breakfast. A little issue with temperature set at 65 but actual temp is 75. I was happy but not the rest of my family. Good thing we have sliding doors to the bay and breeze is nice.
