Seriously, I can’t believe I paid this much for crap service. First, we paid for the bay view room... we got a partial view of the water and mostly parking lot??? Then our bed was so worn we could feel the springs and hear them. Air didn’t work well at all, they didn’t help at all. I made our reservation with a crib and it wasn’t there made three calls and was told It would be right up.... we’re still here waiting hours later. There are NO towels in the pool, and our floors are absolutely disgusting. We will never stay here ... read more

They had a beautiful hotel but the front desk doesn’t know how to get someone to give you a pillow to your room.

29$ parking fee for one night as a guest. These are 20% of the total amount. Sorry. This is awful.
We are staying here in a water front room on 9th floor, whenever we opened the door we are smelling marijuana/ ganja! We are not coming back to this particular location! We love Embassy suites and will stay in other locations! Also, our room is extremely warm! We called the reception and they informed us that their AC is centrally controlled and gave us a fan! Why should we pay$300 a day to get that kind of service?

Great customer service. Room is comfortable but the living room furniture could be updated. Great location for my quarterly visits to my aviation customer. I love the bay view which provides a view of the planes landing at SFO.
