First let me say that the service staff was excellent. However, the accommodations were outrageous. First night AC went out and they were unable to repair. After an extensive conversation at 10 pm they moved us to another room on the other side of hotel as far from the handicap parking as possible. The AC had apparently been bad previously because they had a portable unit on the floor with plastic pipe going out the window and covered with cardboard and furnace tape. We stayed four nights. Overall the hotel was adequate. It was an older building but for the most part kept up. The pool and hot tub area were very nice. Parking was expensive for a location not in a downtown area. There's not much close to walking distance for food.
I went from Arizona to this hotel for a vacation, great hotel btw. Free towels, staff is nice.
