This hotel is fine. Not somewhere I am dying to come back too. But fine. Our room the phone doesn’t work at all to call the front desk and the bathroom door handle is falling off. TVs are old school- no Netflix or smart tv options and can’t even use the “guide.” The other thing we really didn’t like was there is literally one elevator and from the parking lot the elevator is REALLY far away. This was a great hotel to stay at. I unfortunately did it during the county fair and had to fight traffic every day. I would have given 5 stars had the pool remained open past 9pm. Make it adults only past 9pm!

AMAZING Hotel and staff. Charles, the valet, was so kind and helpful when we first arrived. Checking in we were greeted by Monica at the front desk. Monica was AWESOME. She took her time and made sure our stay would be Fantastic. The landscape and the layout is perfect for kicking back and spending time with the family. We really like the rooms and because we were there with a large group the courtyard space was incredible. Love how there was so much room and so many couches outside we spent afternoons and evenings out there, including bringing back food because the space was so nice. We definitely consider that place again.
