Comportable bed but worst internet connection!! Not working properly!!
Starbucks is not connected from the inside; you have to find an exit and walk around the side of the hotel to access it. Upside? Lounge seating out front.

This hotel has terrible hospitality and functionality. One example of MANY: my room had no water the last 2 days (was told to shower in the spa, not given a diff room).
The concierge has been begging me to throw another soirée since my masquerade party in 1998. And I would, if that party wasn’t still going on.
Watch out ducks in the pool!
Grilled chicken is cold. Salad is warm. Don't order the grilled chicken wrap!
