The hotel was great. The staff was amazing. The only complaint we have is the mold in the bathroom. They did offer to move our room but we were already situated. They are renovating and will be taken care of the mold. Would definitely stay there again if ever in Philadelphia.
We love staying at this location every time we come to Philly to visit family. We get top notch service and the location is perfect for a fun night out with always something to do.
9/13/26: Editing to add a week later, we were originally going to have our pet stay with us, but ended up having a change of plans. I contacted the front desk before checking in for our stay to let them know, and aLeo asked them to please remove the pet fee charge of $75 from our reservation. Front desk confirmed they removed the charge. After our stay, we got our receipt and the pet fee was still there. Love this Hilton and Keatings! Christina and James were so personal and made our dining experience so great! The food was delivered well and delicious! Look forward to returning.
