I would give Hilton at Penn's Landing 0 stars if I could. Summary: poor communication, lack of accountability, added expense, and a loss of enjoyment on our trip that was meant to be a joyous wedding celebration. Would NOT recommend. We had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. Despite having a pre-paid reservation made in advance, we were turned away upon arrival because the hotel had overbooked. Nice hotel with great staff. River view rooms are great. Ive never stayed in a hotel that I look out any window and see a battleship, oldest steel warship and a W.W. II submarine! Best view ever. But even better at night! Walking through old city was actually very pleasant.
Nice view of the river and city, rooms were comfortable, parking was kinda expensive like $70 for 1 night, it was safe and convenient
