Why do have to pay so much for a room and than almost the same to park the car?
We booked two rooms for the last leg of a family road trip, for three adults and one small dog. The front desk improperly applied the pet fee to both rooms. Some kind of waxy product like wood polish had been applied to all of the surfaces in the rooms, even glass and bathroom fixtures, probably due to lack of proper housekeeper training. I will not be back, we had the worst time at the Hilton. We booked here because of the attached parking garage and the name overall. The first room we arrived in had mouse dropping under the bathroom sink. We had the pleasure of working with Brian at the front desk who moved us. While there was no mouse poop, the room looked old and like it has not been clean in a while. Overall our stay here was okay. The location is great but don’t stay here in warm weather if you like to sleep! There is loud music playing outside until 2am! The room and hotel should come with a warning about the noise. We will NOT stay here again. The morning breakfast buffet was horrible. The pancakes wete like hockey pucks and the fruit had no taste.
