What could have been a stressful and complicated sale was made smooth and manageable thanks to her experience and constant communication. She went above and beyond at every step, always keeping us informed and finding solutions when things weren’t straightforward. We’re extremely grateful for her dedication and results. Ninette from Hilton Parkes Real Estate was a pleasure to work with. Warm, honest, and incredibly hardworking, she kept us informed every step with regular updates with the purchase of our investment property. She made the process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Ninette and her team to anyone buying a property. Truly grateful for her dedication, professionalism, and expertise.

As a result, we incurred unnecessary costs, including conveyancing fees, and experienced a significant waste of time for both ourselves and our conveyancer. The agent, Ninette, handled this matter very poorly and showed a lack of professionalism and transpar... read more
