I checked in at Hilton on 26th street in New York City. I found a condom wrapper in my room. I asked front desk to change my room and they refused to do so saying that the hotel is fully booked. I asked to be transferred to another Hilton hotel and they said that if I did then I will have to pay for the other hotel as well. Extremely frustrated and disgusted.

4 is maximum(for location)...hotel is already looks used,staff works not professional.
I loved this Hitlon! Perfect location, great staff, excellent service! Food at Rare was excellent, they were able to accomidate special diets and food restrictions with a smile. Front desk was exceptional as well, all shifts! Thank you for a wonderful stay! I love the cover photo too, view exceptional, I stayed in that very room.
