Fantastic place to stay in NYC. This district was amazing and I will definitely be back! Great staff, beautiful rooms.

I requested to extend my stay at the hotel for 2 nights as my plans changed and the hotel had availability. Christine the manager was not willing to extend the stay at a rate currently being offered on the Hilton App because she was "could not find it on her system." Apparently she thought being obnoxious was a better alternative than looking at my phone to see the discrepancy. Hilton Status Member.
Awesome staff, and a quick 3 block walk to MSG make this an excellent hotel! Staff was super helpful and happy! Room was immaculate!
