Fun, roof top pool and bar!
The Service here is kind of crummy. I asked about bar service at the pool two days in a row and was told by someone that it would be open. And hour and a half later it still was not available. I checked at the desk again and was told this time “no there was no pool service” on that day. I then went to the bar to order lunch and a drink. I also feel the service at the Bar so was kind of slow. I stood for 10 minutes with no one else at the bar before I was even noticed. The bartender simply walked away. It's a very nice hotel, with all of the amenities you could ask for. It's clean, the decor is beautiful and it's conveniently located in the heart of downtown Tampa with an abundance of attractions.
clean hotel very disappointed in the club member snack. Cold taquitos, salsa, nuts and limited drinks. Not family oriented. 😞
