HORRIBLE SERVICE - HORRIBLE!!!!! Long story short: Our bathroom shower flooded the bathroom floor and entrance hallway late at night. Our phone did not work to call them. Management argued with us to the point of a noise complaint that only we received. HORRIBLE experience. NO compassion for guests who are dealing with their faulty bathroom and terrible staff. To top if off: We left at 3 AM due to this non sense of an experience to stay else where. I was told my room would be taken care of and I would only have a valet charg... read more
