Always a pleasure to stay at the Hilton Tampa Downtown. The view from the 12th floor is excellent. Perfect location to recoup on Gasparilla weekend. Look forward to staying here again.

HORRIBLE SERVICE - HORRIBLE!!!!! Long story short: Our bathroom shower flooded the bathroom floor and entrance hallway late at night. Our phone did not work to call them. Management argued with us to the point of a noise complaint that only we received. HORRIBLE experience. NO compassion for guests who are dealing with their faulty bathroom and terrible staff. To top if off: We left at 3 AM due to this non sense of an experience to stay else where. I was told my room would be taken care of and I would only have a valet charg... read more
It is a very beautiful place and hospitality is awesome and the parking attendance was awesome as well I really enjoyed myself.
