Excellent service! Manager of the afternoon Dalia was a great example of going above and beyond without asking her. She helped me and my family to get a quick room and even helped us with a wrong booking. We are very thankful and had a pleasant stay after a very disturbing arrival in Tampa. Was our first time st a Hilton hotel and an awesome experience!! We would certainly consider Hilton chain fir our next trips! Hope they award Dalia for her great job! ��

For the price the only thing they had on point was their valet service who by the way charged is $25 everytime we wanted to go somewhere. Beds we a bit hard and uncomfortable and the bathroom was small. I see why they charge so much...everything in the room has marble tops, nite stands, desk, bathroom sink, little table, ect. Max room their was $1000 a nite. Downtown Tampa Hilton needs to get their stuff together.

The room and the service were wonderful! The only request I have is to keep the pool open past 10PM. We were there on a Saturday evening and it would have been really nice to be able to enjoy the wonderful pool and patio area past 10.
Good customer service, clean rooms although a little worn out. Nice location in downtown Tampa. Buffet breakfast was good for the price!
Beautiful and elegant hotel. Very clean and well kept. 211 lounge and restaurant have lovely menus. Lots of choice to suit every palate.
