George Watson at the front desk is awesome. He knows the city, he's fun and friendly, and makes each guest feel welcome. I stay at a lot of hotels - he's one of the best hoteliers I've ever met.

Best hotel in Kansas city, so much history. You have to go to the Drum Room to eat, friendly staff and awesome food.
