Drum Room connected to hotel has excellent cocktails and food. Staff....meh
Theresa at the front desk is amazing. She is really sweet and genuinely cares that your stay is comfortable.
Avoid the breakfast buffet! Cold and unremarkable.
Valet experience was a joke. Had to park our own car, checkin, then return to the car, and pay another $6.00 over the public parking price. Fully expecting to cook my own eggs and pay for that too.
Inconvenient parking but they have valet. The piano bar is pretty chill too. The building is historic and easy to access from the freeway. It overlooks the Kansas City observation tower.
Neat old hotel, awesome location, great beds...skip the breakfast buffet & walk down the hill to Fran's.
