Dr Stron is the rudest person to deal with!! After calling to check how my dog was doing I've had this so called Stron scream at me since the moment I picked up the phone.! I couldn't believe it since we have spent so much money here and had trusted them with the care of my dog. This is not how you treat people! Horrible !!!! DONT TRUST YOUR PETS WITH DR STRON! if he is capable of being this rude with adults I can't imagine how he treat our animals!
Hiton is wonderful! Most animal hospitals smell awful but Hilton is super clean and never smells. The staff is friendly and helpful and the doctors are caring and knowledgeable.
Dr Strom is the best dr ever. !!! I wouldn't trust anyone else to care for my pets!
BE CAREFUL!! DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE!! I have a 10 pound cat and dr. Strom had me giving her 2X THE DOSAGE that she should have been given to treat ringworm! They also gave me medicine that expired before her treatment was over! Afterward i asked Dr. Strom to give her a physical to make sure nothing was wrong with her since HE COULD HAVE KILLED HER GIVING TWICE THE AMOUNT OF MEDICINE & she had been throwing up & having loose bowl movements throughout the six week treatment- i also stated that i shouldn't have 2 pay for t... read more
