Just took my new puppy there and they were amazing... I was so worried bc I thought he was very sick and he had worms!!! They gave me everything to make me and the puppy feel better... lol didn't talk me into any crazy testing... my appointment was on time no wait at all .. I'm happy to say we will be going to them for everything now!!!! Thank youuu
Have been using Hilton for about 10 years for my two dogs, who have now passed at the ages of 16 and 17, and am now using them for my cat. In October of 2015 we were returning from a trip to Paris when we got a call from from Dr Strom saying that our dog Penny was in very bad shape, and that it was best to put her down. He kept the office open past closing time so we could rush from the airport and say goodbye to her. That is real caring.
Been going here for 35 years. There is no one better then Dr. Strom. I'm a dog groomer with four dogs and three cats. If I ever moved out of Nassau County I would travel to go to him.
Since moving to Long Island in 1995, I have been using the services of Dr. Strom and the Hilton Animal Hospital. Not only are the doctors A+++ but the staff is as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The office is always clean. When we go on vacation, I always board by dog there. I don't have to worry whether she is being taken good care of. I know she is. in good hands. I highly recommend!
They are your typical vet. I have a large scary looking dog I find them a little intimidated by him. Although he is a gentle giant. He had a bad ear infection they treated him he recovered. But at that time he was in pain so I don't really blame them for being overly cautious.
I have been taking my dog here since we moved to Lynbrook 8 years ago! They know their stuff. Truly care for animals!
Dr.Strom is the absolute best doggie doctor there is!! love him and all the staff .They all care
