After a long back and forth at my local vet with no conclusive results, I finally brought my cat in to Hilton for a second opinion. Dr. Strom looked over my cat's extensive records very carefully and then tested her for something fairly obvious based on her symptoms that my local vet never bothered testing for. Lo and behold, she has Bartonella. My local vet recommended an expensive dental for her chronic gingivitis and we were even talking steroids.
