I'm a travel agent that booked this trip for a local girl scout troop that my daughter is a member of, and it was amazing. The staff was professional and nice. The rooms were clean and comfy. The facility was fun and enjoyable. My family will probably make this a "go to" spot for weekend getaways.

Great hotel with excellent views
We are Marriott people & love many of the properties, but this is our favorite. We love HHI & the oceanfront location is fantastic, but we love this resort because of the staff. We love being checked in by Anthony or Gary, being served drink & friendship from Eray & Kish, hosted by Leona & served by the incomparable almost employee of the year Chuck. We look forward to our return here twice a year.
Arrived at hotel 7pm, room was not ready. I even called a few days before to check on everything and explain that we were coming in for our 10 year anniversary. Our room was not serviced the first day and the second day I had to call at 3pm to find out what was going on. I was told that if I want “early” servicing of our room I should phone to arrange!!! Never had that before. I asked to call the hotel manager and was told that apparently that is not possible as the hotel manager does not have a work phone and that staff can... read more
