Family friendly atmosphere with excellent staff. Clean spacious rooms. Attention to every need/detail is met with a happy, helpful attitude. We come back year after year making wonderful family traditions of memories that make a lifetime of love and joy.
20 reasons why I would t recommend it but if you have nothing nice to say.....not one nice thing.....
Third time here in 10 years. Elevators are always broken. Water in shower is hot then turns cold. Bad mattresses. Housekeeping cleans room at 3:00-4:00PM. Pools is cloudy. Not upkeep. Last time for me.
10/10. I will come here again and again with my family. The staff is phenomenal. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The complimentary soaps and shampoos are better than most hotels as well. Excellent location and amenities.
We checked in to a different resort and were not the least bit happy tried to stick it out after a 20 hour drive ... we left I checked into Hilton Head Marriott resort & spa and realized we should of stayed here from day 1 !!! We have a beautiful view , the staff is so nice and accommodating we booked an additional night because we love it so much The girl at the pool bar that was our waitress for lunch was a doll and the food was great everything is great we’ll definitely be returning !!!! Love it here
Great view and amenities with friendly staff
Super bummed- we just checked in and have been here many times. Unfortunately it has been 3 years since our last stay. Decided to use our Marriott points and stay. We have the worst room in the corner of the 3rd floor with a view of a vent. We have had a high floor room as a request for 10 years and if no upgrade is Available at least they put us on a high floor away from the noisy lobby/elevators. We didn’t have a room ready until after 4. The air doesn’t work at all so far- sending someone to check it out. Ice machine does... read more
