my stay here has been great. the desk staff have been very helpful with all of my questions but a real shout out to the housemaids what they must go through cleaning up rooms to make it look homey when you walk in the door. they are very kind and deserve that in return. they were running a little late one morning and after my workout I ran into the one assigned to the floor that morning and impulsively asked her if she could clean the room. she was very kind about getting to it after the one she was working on. she showed no... read more
very nice, spacious rooms. Amenities are average. Nice fitness room. Convenient to UCF. The only drawback is Alafaya gets very busy in the evenings so be prepared for heavy traffic getting to and fro. hotel.
