We choose this hotel based on the reviews that mentioned Debbie's exceptional service. They were absolutely correct! Debbie went above and beyond during check-in and throughout our whole stay. She is incredibly nice and friendly. We were in town for a Driller's game, and my husband and I chatted with Debbie about baseball, treating us like we were her dearest friends. Had a lot my family staying here for a family reunion. The clerks were great. A/C was out in lobby area, it was harder for desk clerks than us. Some of my family had problems trying to get breakfast. Monday morning there was very little cooked to choose from. One of my nieces had to go to another hotel from a problem with her room. Besides the problems the desk clerks were excellent. Conference room was just right for us.
Having to pay extra for breakfast is very disappointing! If I would have known that, I would have stayed elsewhere! The next time I’m in town for business, I’ll stay somewhere else! I expected more from a Hilton. Extremely disappointing! Also not having any premiums channels to watch is disappointing as well.
I do not post often about any place, and very seldomly about hotels. However, this stay was impressive. We traveled to Tulsa to deal with a family emergency. This hotel is special. From the upbeat, attentive, and just outstanding service Debbie provided throughout our stay, to the cold, clean, comfortable rooms, the full spectrum breakfast provided by Eric and Lupe, and finally the stellar assistance provided by Stephanie, the entire stay was absolutely top notch. Not worth it at all. Charging $15 for a crappy continential breakfast was a joke. You do not get the full $15 Hilton Gold credit, only $10. Do not recommend, stay elsewhere.
