These Hilton garden inn are all fairly interchangeable - if you've seen one you have seen them all. The Tulsa one is slightly smaller than the OKC one, it lacks a conference aspect. The breakfast is less deluxe, the pool smaller, etc. Comfortable beds, rooms identical to others.
Another great couple of stays thanks to Debbie and her staff! It was delightful to call the front desk to make a reservation and have Debbie remember us with delight. She took care of our every need at check-in, complete with a warm hug! We had great room amenities available to relax and watch college football after a night out at the baseball game. From snacks to directions on where to eat, Debbie's customer service exceeds our expectations once again.
I chose this hotel simply because of the reviews I read about Debbie, and she absolutely didn't disappoint. If staff was as attentive as Debbie, this hotel would be awesome. Debbie went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, as we are celebrating our 10yr Anniversary. Now for the downside. I was looking forward to coming downstairs and taking advantage of the breakfast credit and serving my wife her breakfast in bed. Gabby at the front desk and Lisa Marie are very friendly and made the stay enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here at this Hilton Garden Inn if your travels bring you to or through Tulsa.
I stay here from time to time when I'm in town. Between this and the hotel across the way. The location for me is just ideal. Especially for the price. I'm usually pretty comfortable in the room. Though one of the reasons I stayed here this time was the outdoor pool. I utilized that for sure, but the sad part was there was no lounge chairs beside the pool to relax in.
