Newly renovated, bright entrance and lobby, very clean and airy! Very spacious with lots of seating. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The only negative is we had 2 Queen Beds and one was not very comfortable. Otherwise, this is a very nice Hilton Garden Inn
We were disappointed in this hotel. The staff was busy doing other things when we checked in. We were in room 406 and the air conditioning was VERY loud when running and turning off. I am usually a deep sleeper but it woke me up. The bed was also super soft to the point my husband and I sunk into the middle together. It was also not very close to the places we wanted to see but that was my own fault.
Had a negative experience in the bathroom where the toilet was not completely cleaned. I reported it to the front desk and the girl there in the morning didn’t say anything about it not I’m sorry no offer for points or a free stay, etc. So how was this person trained by management or was she management either way pretty disgusting.
