My boyfriend and I were traveling back from his sisters house for graduations. Tired and worn out from driving. Everyone there went above and beyond to make sure he had what we needed. Even at 10 o'clock at night Brandon helped us get into the pool area despite the problem with the key card reader. Telenia helped me with my rewards points even tho I didn't have my account number or my rewards card. Laurie was in charge of the breakfast. Get ready to enjoy! I travel frequently and am a loyal Hilton member. Have to say I'm very impressed with the service that this hotel. Greeted enthusiastically at check in. Room clean and ready. But best of all is the service I had for dinner. Chad, the bartender, was a customer service machine. Guest focused with a personal touch.
