Overall stay was okay in this nice location, nearby everything we liked. Issue #1 Our bathroom was located immediately upon walking into the room is visible from the hallway, and has a sliding frosted glass door which did not latch or remain closed. At one point, when my husband returned to the room, I was existing the shower and could have been seen by a passerby. Absolutely RUDE! The entire staff was rude since we checked in. We checked in at 10pm on a Sunday night. Had to wait at the counter for 10 minutes before someone showed up. She gave us the keys to our three rooms, and one of the key sets was wrong. So we went to dinner and then came back to get it fixed before we all went yo bed. We proceeded to wait about ten minutes for somebody to show up once again, then when the RUDE evening clerk got there. She was so rude and treated us like we were the problem, not the keys.
