Very good experience while on a business trip. Large rooms and very clean.
I stayed here for a business trip in January 2026. The cleanliness of the room, the location, and the quality of the breakfast (especially the bacon and potatoes) were excellent. However, I have serious concerns regarding their back-office operations, specifically billing management and customer service. DO NOT STAY HERE I do not have black hair but very clearly black curly hair all over my bathroom. I complained and showed pics via text and NOTHING WAS DONE! I even told the front desk when I checked out she said the manager would email me HE NEVER DID. Also their kitchen is unreliable and the poor bar tenders you can tell are short staffed. By far one of the WORST Hilton garden inn's I have ever stayed in.
