Really nice food and very nice staff I would definitely come again
I recently stayed on 7/19/25 for one night. Checked in around 3:00ish PM. I asked the host if I could have a room close to the elevator and he said that the room is close, without even looking up. He never smiled or even looked at us. We got something from the pantry which is on a separate computer and asked for a receiptl, he stated that it would take 10 minutes to get a receipt. I asked that he print it anyway and put the room number on it so I can pick it up the next morning, again with an attitude. This is not the first ... read more
3 issues: First, the beds and pillows were hard. Second, the pool is a heater, and the area is like a sauna. It's nice in winter but sucks for cool dip when it's 100° outside. Last, there is no continental breakfast. For almost $900 for 3 nights, I expected better.
Don't bother calling the front desk for a reservation. When you get your confirmation # it will be wrong. Wrong number of days, and messed up the room requiring a walk-in shower due to physical difficulties. Upon call back speaking to a man in the office he was having difficulty trying to correct the reservation. Our room was nice and clean and comfortable. Right next to to casino if that’s what you wanna do ! But beware of the parking lot we got blocked in People parking on the yellow line against the curb and going into the casino bolcked the people they’re parked in actual parking places . I was told to go tell the casino
