Upon arrival we got a call to our room right away to pay more money for our pet which we were sure we already paid. There was some overlooked cleanliness issues like hair on towels and items not belonging to us in the fridge. We were skeptical, but assured and happy after speaking with a manager Chris who was extremely pleasant and genuinely thankful for the feedback. Located at horseshoe casino. Attatched via hallway. Very nice hotel and you can get comp nights thru ceasars casino !!
Very nice hotel. Had an issue with our air conditioning and they addressed it immediately.
