I was a guest here on thanksgiving, I came to the blackfriday shopping experience all the way from Mexico, the hotel double charged my entire stay overdrafting my credit card for over 4000 dlls, they could never solve the problem, but the ugliest part was the manager didnt approach to me AT ALL. Not even a complementary coffee was given to me as a "we are sorry" gesture, they thrown the problem at me and at the bank, then they just keep saying "sorry"../ still i dont have my money back and I will have to wait 30 days until t... read more
The hotel was good and clean and the staff were very pleasant. The attached restaurant was not good. The salmon was raw in the middle. When we complained they just recooked it resulting in it being very hard on the outside. Not a good experience. Would not eat there again.
