Terrible! Xavier is one of the rudest staff members I’ve ever experienced! We are Hilton honor members. This guy should be fired!
My experience was horrible No restaurant , cleaning day was not done , no towels and I was doubled charged which took a week to post to my account. I will not stay at this location next time in New York nor will I recommend it to other stylist during fashion week !!!!! Very disappointed ;(

Staff is fantastic, especially during this very challenging time.
Love it here. The people who work here are great. I know they are dealing with a lot, with probably half the staff. Looking forward to the AOA Bar & Grille reopening. ❤️
If you are looking for spacious rooms in a central location, choose this Hilton Garden Inn located right next to Canal Street. This hotel is literally 10-15 minutes to everywhere in Manhattan. I absolutely loved my stay from the moment I checked in to the time I left and checked-out.
