Visit Knoxville often for work and while I don’t normally leave reviews for work stays, this one is worth it! Brand new facility that was extremely clean. Bar/Breakfast area were great and the gym is spectacular for a regular hotel. Only a few minutes from the city and I plan on making this my new go to for work trips. Regarding the one reviewers complaint about the window shades, they are motorized with a button panel on the side. She mentioned not wanting to call the front desk yet still wanting a refund. I have always, and still will, always prefer Hilton over anyone else but this particular location missed so many marks that I had grown to love in all the other locations I have stayed in.. 1. The bathroom door is a solid wood sliding door and it ls so loud… I knew every time someone in my room or the room next to us went to the bathroom.. the doors legit sounded like rolling thunder. Only stayed one night while passing thru. Room was clean and quiet. Not a lot of nearby food options.
